Our Story
Hi, I'm Samantha the owner of Brooklyn Dough & Co. What started as a new hobby and something that my husband and I wanted to try has turned into a business! I am so excited to share these creations with you! Beside baking for you I am a mom, wife and professional in the HR world.
If you are familiar with the sourdough world you know that your starter must be named, ours is Brooklyn! Our children refer to bread as Brooklyn. Brooklyn took a lot of work to get her started weeks and weeks and in the beginning took lots of practice but now is creating beautiful breads and treats for YOU!
Our Farm stand is open on Sundays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or sell out whichever comes first.
Our last Farm stand weekend will be October 26th for the season! We will Continue to take Pre-Orders during the winter season and re open the stand come the Spring.

Currently we do orders for pickup, Sunday pickups. These can be picked up at our farm stand.
